Can Flash really stop a bullet?

It's all based on Einstein's theory of relativity that joins with Galileo's theory of relative motion
that explains that the bullet goes at a speed with which Flash goes in space-time, that is to say, for him the bullet is static.

Flash having the superpower to travel at the speed of light allows him to stop bullets with his hands, as he uses geodesic precession. Geodetic precession is the wobble produced by the static mass of the Earth (the rift in space-time) and the frame drag effect is the wobble due to the spin of the Earth (the twist of space-time). Both values coincide precisely with Einstein's predictions, as well as NASA's 2004 "GP-B" research.
Suppose the bullet has a certain velocity and Flash goes at the same speed, this makes the Earth not stationary and Einstein's theory, which explains "the behavior of bodies of constant velocity," applies.
